Parker's Terms & Conditions

1: The contract between us

We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.


2: Our right to refuse your order

2.1: We reserve the right to refuse to accept your order for any reason including, without limitation and whether or not payment has been received by us, if:

2.1.1: We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;

2.1.2: We do not deliver to your area;

2.1.3: One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.

2.2: If we do refuse your order we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

3: Price

3.1: The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website.

3.2: You may be required to pay extra for delivery and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. Our delivery charges are specified when you place your order.

4: Your right to cancel your contract

4.1: You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the day after the date you receive the ordered goods. Please note that under the distance selling rules, perishable goods like flowers and food cannot be cancelled after delivery.

4.2: To cancel your contract you must notify us by email to [email protected] or in writing to the address below.

4.3: If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible. We strongly recommend the use of a courier or other ‘signed-for’ postage method to return the goods.

4.4: Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.

5: Competition terms

5.1: You are entering a competition by Parker’s Garden Company, Frinton Road, Kirby Cross, Frinton-on-sea, Essex, CO13 0PD.

5.2: The competition opening and closing dates are detailed on social media platform posts, Instagram and Facebook.

5.3: Entrants must follow @parkersgardencompany and @parkerscoffeeshop on Instagram and @parkersgardencompany on Facebook, like the competition post and tag a person in the comments. Entries without these details will not be considered.

5.4: There will be a total of one winner per competition.

5.5: A winner will be randomly selected and announced in a comment on the competition post and will ask the winner to send their details to @parkersgardencompany via a direct message on Instagram.

5.6: An option of Collection or Royal Mail Postal Delivery of prizes to a UK address only.

5.7: There is no cash or alternative to the prize stated and we cannot send the prize to anyone other than the named winner. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be resold.

5.8: We reserve the right to make amendments to entrant’s submissions where necessary. These changes are from an editorial standpoint, and we will never add false information to these statements.

5.9: We reserve the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate, or temporarily suspend this promotion for whatever reason, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but if this happens, we will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid entrant’s disappointment.

5.10: There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter our competitions.

5.11: Winning entrants will have 21 days to respond with details. We reserve the right to pick an alternative winner if we don’t receive a reply within this timeframe.

5.12: Our competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network.

6: Parker’s Reward Card

6.1: One reward stamp will be issued for every £5 purchase at one time.

6.2: Stamps will NOT be issued for the following purchases:-
▪ Coffee Shop & Restaurant
▪ Postage Stamps
▪ Redemption of Parker’s Garden Company Gift Cards
▪ Purchase of Parker’s Garden Company Gift Cards online.
▪ Redemption or purchase of National Garden Gift Vouchers
▪ Buildings i.e. Sheds and Greenhouses
▪ Sales Items
▪ Furniture

6.3: Complete or half-completed cards may be redeemed against purchases at Parker’s Garden Company and Coffee Shop & Restaurant.

6.4: Complete or half-completed cards may NOT be redeemed against the purchase of postage stamps.

6.5: Cards may not be redeemed in part i.e. bearing less than 20 stamps.

6.6: The Company may not be held responsible for any lost Rewards Cards.
