Do you offer a delivery service?

Yes, we offer a local delivery service for bulky items purchased in-store. Please click below for prices and delivery days.

Do you guarantee plants purchased from Parkers?

Yes, we offer a two year guarantee on all hardy plants. We will replace or issue a credit for any hardy plant that fails to grow within that period.

All we ask for is the original label and your proof of purchase. Extreme weather conditions may invalidate this guarantee. Some exclusions may apply.

Do you allow dogs on site?

Following extensive customer consultation, we have updated our policy and now welcome well-behaved dogs in the garden centre. However, dogs are not permitted in the restaurant or outside dining area to ensure the comfort of all visitors.
