Yes, we offer a two year guarantee on all hardy plants. We will replace or issue a credit for any hardy plant that fails to grow within that period.

All we ask for is the original label and your proof of purchase. Extreme weather conditions may invalidate this guarantee.  Some exclusions may apply.

Following extensive customer consultation, we have updated our policy and now welcome well-behaved dogs in the garden centre. However, dogs are not permitted in the restaurant or outside dining area to ensure the comfort of all visitors.

Yes, we sell and redeem our own Gift Vouchers in the shop and coffee shop and restaurant as well as the HTA Gift Cards.

Yes. The site is very accessible with flat wide paths, wheelchairs available for loan and an accessible toilet.

There is a large car-park including a drop-off area and designated parking spaces.

Yes, we welcome families with young children. We provide high chairs, a parent’s changing area and a ‘Little Gardeners’ menu.

Yes absolutely!  However we can only welcome coaches that have pre-booked with us. For coaches that are booked in we ask that you call us 10 minutes prior to arrival to ensure you will be greeted and guided to a
parking space.
