Returns & Exchanges (In‑Store Purchases)

We offer a 30‑day goodwill returns policy on most in‑store purchases. This means items should be returned within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

• unused and in their original condition
• with original tags attached (where applicable)
• accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Where an original receipt is not available, we may ask for alternative proof of purchase and may be able to offer an exchange or credit note, at our discretion.

Please bring items back to the garden centre and speak to a member of the team at the Welcome Desk, who will be happy to assist.

Items That Cannot Be Returned (Change‑of‑Mind)

Due to their nature, we’re unable to accept change‑of‑mind returns on certain items, including:

• perishable goods such as food, plants or flowers
• custom or special‑order items
• personal care or beauty products
• hazardous or flammable goods
• sale items
• gift vouchers

If you’re unsure whether an item is eligible, please ask a member of the team before purchasing.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement in line with your statutory rights, regardless of whether the item is on sale or listed as non‑returnable above.

Please return the item to us as soon as possible with proof of purchase so we can resolve the issue promptly.
